Maurice BlanchetteA Graduate in Industrial Engineering and a Technologist in Mechanical Fabrication Technology, Maurice Blanchette’s main duties include project estimation, client relations, technical supervision of fabrication, installation of projects when required, and establishment of cost prices. His training as an Industrial Engineer as well as his analytical skills have enabled him to successfully carry out various projects and to strategically position the company on the market.
Nicole BlanchetteNicole Blanchette, sister of Maurice Blanchette, holds the position of Company Secretary. Some of her duties include client reception, computerized bookkeeping, and various tasks related to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
Gilles ThibeaultA Graduate in Technical Architecture, Gilles Thibeault has been managing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System since 2000. Backed by solid experience gained within the company since 1987, his duties include estimation, purchasing, developing various estimation and database programs, and creating any forms that may be required.
Jean LandryWith over 19 years of solid experience gained within various drafting companies, Jean Landry has the expertise required to communicate with the various consultants and project managers. He also builds on his knowledge by staying abreast of the latest developments in computer technologies.
Denis Blanchette Son of Maurice Blanchette, and representing the company’s fifth generation, Denis Blanchette is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Technology - Mechanical Design Option. He worked as a labourer from 2000 to 2004 and has been working as a Draftsman since the summer of 2004. He also estimates and manages projects.
The skilled workers of H. Blanchette Ltée. have a combined total of more than 300 years of pooled experience and expertise in the industry. With decades of experience behind them in various areas and ISO 9001 certified, they are continuing to develop the skills required to carry out the work for various steel structures and metalworks such as staircases, guardrails, walkways, ladders, and more. They are also capable of processing a variety of materials such as steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. The team is comprised of mechanics, fitters, welders, painters, shotblasters, truckers, and day labourers, amongst others.
