Our fabrication software allows us to conceptualize parts in “3D”. This Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technique ensures a consistent level of quality, from the first part to the last.
Our fabrication workshop, which covers an area of over 16,000 square feet of 3, 5 and 10 imperial tons, is equipped with semi-automatic welding machines for FCAW and SMAW welding processes.
Our 20 ft. x 60 ft. x 12 ft. high shotblasting room is equipped with a material handling system and an overhead crane with a capacity of 10 imperial tons.
Shotblasting consists of propelling a stream of very tiny steel pellets against a surface, under high pressure, to clean the surface and to improve its appearance.
Our 30 ft. x 60 ft. x 20 ft. high painting room is equipped with an overhead crane with a capacity of 10 imperial tons for material handing. The painting department is ventilated from top to bottom with an air flow and heated as needed. To ensure adequate coverage and to protect the surfaces, we only apply industrial grade paint.
Hot dip galvanizing is the process of covering iron, steel, or aluminum with a thin layer of zinc by immersing the metal in a molten bath of zinc to give it a coating that will protect it against corrosion.
H. Blanchette also processes a variety of metals such as steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.
H. Blanchette can either erect the structures for you or provide the coordination services of a technician who can help you erect your own structures with your own staff.
As PassTech metal walkways require little or no welding, they can quickly and easily be assembled and erected by any unskilled personnel. Such walkways provide many other benefits, proving they have the requisites to produce the desired results.
